Please read these Terms carefully before using Rideasy. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1 About the Service
Rideasy is a carpool and ride-sharing mobile application developed and operated by Securely Innovations (Pvt) Ltd ("Company", "we", "us"). Rideasy is a technology platform that connects Riders and Drivers — it does not provide transportation services directly and is not a transport carrier.
2 Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years of age
- You must hold a valid Pakistani CNIC or equivalent identity document
- Drivers must hold a valid Pakistani driving licence
- Drivers must have a roadworthy, registered vehicle with valid insurance
3 User Accounts
You are responsible for providing accurate registration information and for keeping your login credentials confidential. All activity under your account is your responsibility. Rideasy reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms or pose a safety risk.
4 Rider & Driver Responsibilities

- Provide accurate pickup and drop-off locations
- Be ready at the pickup point at the agreed time
- Behave respectfully toward drivers and fellow passengers
- Wear a seatbelt at all times
- Refrain from smoking, alcohol, or illegal activity in the vehicle
- Pay the agreed fare through the app or as otherwise specified
- Report any safety concerns to Rideasy support immediately
🚗 Driver Responsibilities
- Maintain a valid licence, vehicle registration, and insurance at all times
- Complete Rideasy's identity verification and background check process
- Accept only the number of passengers your vehicle legally accommodates
- Drive safely and comply with all Pakistani traffic laws
- Treat all riders with respect and without discrimination
- Keep your vehicle clean and in safe condition
6 Fares and Payments
6.1 Fare Calculation
Fares are based on distance, estimated trip time, and prevailing rates. An estimated fare is shown before confirmation. Final fares may vary due to route changes or tolls. If automatic fare calculation is disabled, the driver may add the fare manually for a specific ride.
6.2 Payment
Payment may be made through the app via card or mobile wallet (development in progress), or in cash as agreed. Rideasy is not liable for disputes over cash payments.
6.3 Service Fee
Rideasy may charge a platform service fee included in the total fare. Drivers receive the net fare as specified in their Driver Agreement.
6.4 Cancellations
A cancellation fee may apply if a Rider cancels after a Driver has been matched and begun travelling to the pickup point. Repeated cancellations may result in account restrictions.
7 Safety and Conduct
7.1 Prohibited Conduct
Users must not:
- Use Rideasy for any unlawful, fraudulent, or dangerous purpose
- Harass, threaten, or discriminate against other users
- Arrange payments or rides outside the platform to circumvent Rideasy
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent their identity
7.2 Female Driver Feature
Rideasy offers a female-driver preference option to support rider safety. While we make best efforts to fulfil such requests, availability cannot be guaranteed in all areas at all times.
7.3 Incident Reporting
Any safety incident, accident, or misconduct should be reported immediately through the in-app emergency button or by contacting our support team. We cooperate with law enforcement as required.
8 Ratings
Riders and Drivers may rate each other after each trip. Ratings help maintain quality and safety on the platform. Users with consistently low ratings may be restricted. Rideasy may remove reviews that violate our content guidelines.
9 Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and software associated with Rideasy are the property of Securely Innovations (Pvt) Ltd or its licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the platform without prior written consent.
10 Limitation of Liability

- Rideasy is a technology intermediary and is not liable for the actions of Drivers or Riders
- We do not guarantee the availability or safety of any specific trip
- Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fare paid for the trip in question
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
11 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Islamabad, Pakistan.
12 Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted in the app with a revised effective date. Continued use of Rideasy after changes constitutes acceptance.
