- Gender (optional – used for the female-driver preference feature)

- CNIC number and vehicle details (for driver accounts)

- Real-time GPS and location data during trips
- Device model, operating system, and unique device identifiers

3 How We Use Your Information
- Create and manage your Rideasy account
- Match riders with drivers and facilitate carpools

- Enable the female-driver preference feature

4.1 With Other Users
When a ride is confirmed, limited details (first name, rating, vehicle info, approximate area) are shared between the matched Rider and Driver.
4.2 With Service Providers
Securely Innovations (Pvt) Ltd works with third-party vendors for hosting, payments, analytics, and driver verification. They are contractually bound to handle data securely and only as directed by us.
4.3 Legal Requirements
We may disclose your information when required by Pakistani law, court order, or government authority, or to protect user safety.
5 Location Data
Location access is required for Rideasy's core functionality. Location data is:
- Collected in real time during active trips
- Shared with your matched driver or rider on the in-app map
- Retained briefly to resolve disputes or safety incidents
You can revoke location permissions in your device settings, though this will limit app functionality.
6 Data Retention
We retain your data as long as your account is active or as needed to provide Services. To request account deletion, contact us at support@rideasy.pk. We will delete or anonymise your data within 30 days, except where law requires otherwise.
7 Security
Securely Innovations (Pvt) Ltd uses SSL/TLS encryption, secure cloud infrastructure, and access controls to protect your data. No system is entirely risk-free — please use strong passwords and report any suspected breach promptly.
8 Children's Privacy
Rideasy is for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we discover a user is under 18, we will delete their account promptly.
