Data Deletion Request

You have the right to request deletion of your personal data from Rideasy. Fill in the form and our team will process your request within 30 days.

What happens when you submit?

Once we receive your request, our team reviews it and permanently removes all personal data associated with your account from our systems, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

    Request Received Your submission is logged and sent to our data team instantly.

    Identity Verification We verify that the request matches a registered Rideasy account.
  3. 03
    Data Erasure All personal data is permanently deleted or anonymised from our systems.
  4. 04
    Confirmation We confirm completion within 30 days of receiving your request.
⚠️ Please note Deleting your data will permanently deactivate your Rideasy account. Some data may be retained where required by Pakistani law (e.g. transaction records). For questions, contact support@rideasy.pk.
